Operations Coordinator (Skincare Brand – Lahore)

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Operations Coordinator for a reputable Skincare Brand in Lahore. This role requires a professional with strong industry exposure and the ability to manage cross-functional coordination at a strategic level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a central coordination point between senior management and all departments
• Coordinate closely between senior management and production teams
• Oversee alignment across Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing, Sales & Toll Manufacturing
• Ensure seamless execution of operational plans and timelines
• Monitor project progress, identify gaps, and drive timely follow-ups
• Streamline communication and improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BBA/MBA preferred)
• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in a skincare/cosmetics brand (mandatory)
• Proven experience in handling cross-departmental operations, including production
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
