Junior Business Manager

Job Overview:
Vidi EV, a fast-growing automobile and electric vehicle company, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Business Manager to support business operations, sales activities, and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily operations, coordinating with teams, and contributing to the company’s expansion in the EV market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing business strategies to support sales growth in automobile and EV segments
• Support daily operations including sales coordination, marketing activities, and after-sales processes
• Identify potential business opportunities and assist in market expansion efforts
• Coordinate with sales teams to help achieve monthly targets
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, dealers, and partners
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Ensure coordination between sales, inventory, and finance departments
• Prepare reports, presentations, and performance updates for management
• Assist in budgeting, pricing, and basic financial planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or the automotive industry
• Basic understanding of automobile or EV market (preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
