What is Business Manager B2G?

This position is responsible for delivering business development & consulting activities of Projects and support business development activities in the regions; formalizing capabilities and advisory services for Government sector; building roadmap and collaborator with both external and internal stakeholders to ensure end-to-end solution alignment; and ability to be an expert in a digitally enabled growth focused environment

The role reports directly to the Regional Head B2G is with an extended team of 5 members.

What does Business Manager B2G?

·       Develop positive atmosphere in Government to support JAZZ policies, create new business opportunities for regions by providing consultancy and most importantly, make JAZZ # 1 in Government related projects

·       Partnerships and/or consortiums for designing and development of vertical ecosystem

·       Business development to scale up revenues and YoY growth; formulates action plan to achieve assigned targets

·       Develop GTM plans for assigned Govt domain in lieu of Jazz Digitalization roadmap

·       Demonstrate a deep knowledge of the market and technology environment of assigned vertical(s)

·       In-depth knowledge on a specific product and/or services. Interaction with product management for nonstandard / custom requirements based upon vertical/customer needs

·       To ensure creation and deliver new/future revenue streams with implementation of M2M/IOT, Cloud, ICT, Data Analytics and Financial services using Government/Partners platform

·       Attends meetings to understand problems/requirements, clarify queries and seeks further necessary information for proposal development accordingly

Requirements

·        Bachelor (Preferrable Master) in Business Administration / Telecommunication / ICT or equivalent

·        7 - 10 years of techno commercial experience in a reputed organization

·        In-depth knowledge of ICT solutions, Fixed broadband, Digital financial services and Vertical Ecosystem

·        Knowledge of government laws and regulations

·        Market knowledge of government organizations, technology partners and bureaucracy

·        End-to-end knowledge of procurement, legal and compliance processes

·        Decision Making & Problem Solving

·        Relationship Management & Collaborative

·        Customer Obsessed with Entrepreneurial mindset
