CSR - Customer Support Representative

Job Type: Onsite

Work Schedule:

  • 6 working days per week
  • 9 hours per day

Job Description:
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to handle guest communication and support operations for short-term rental properties. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a professional, calm approach when assisting guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via chat and messaging platforms
  • Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and general stay-related questions
  • Handle guest concerns and complaints efficiently while following company policies
  • Coordinate with internal teams for maintenance, cleaning, and urgent requests
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and follow up on pending issues
  • Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and support positive guest reviews

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools
  • Ability to work onsite in Gulberg, Lahore
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
