Customer Service Representative (CSR)

We are looking for a motivated and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) with excellent English communication skills and knowledge of airline ticketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with travel inquiries, flight bookings, and providing outstanding customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chat in a professional manner
  • Assist customers with airline ticket bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling
  • Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, fares, and travel policies
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and maintain high customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Prior experience or knowledge of airline ticketing systems is preferred
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and handling of booking systems
  • Positive attitude and professional behavior

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
