Shift: UK Shift (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM)
Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Salary: PKR 30,000 – 40,000 (Basic) + Commission + Performance Bonus

Travel Hook Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Holiday Consultants / Travel Sales Executives for our growing travel department.

We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills, travel industry knowledge, and sales experience who can assist customers in planning their holiday trips, flights, hotels, and travel packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Inbound & Outbound Calls with UK customers
• Provide information about Holiday Packages, Flight Booking, Hotel Reservations, and Travel Services
• Assist customers in planning international holidays and travel itineraries
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings
• Follow up with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and CRM
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain customer data in CRM system
• Provide after-sales support and travel assistance

Requirements

• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent English Communication Skills
• Minimum 6 months – 2 years experience in Call Center, Travel Agency, Holiday Sales, or UK Campaign
• Strong sales, convincing, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of Flight Booking Systems / GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) will be an advantage
• Ability to work in UK Shift
• Target-oriented and professional attitude
