Shift Timing: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (UK Shift)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: Basic + Commission + Performance Bonus

Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSR), Call Center Agents, and Travel Consultants for our growing Travel & Umrah consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Inbound & Outbound Calls professionally
• Provide information about Umrah Packages, Flights, Hotels (Makkah & Madinah), and Visa Services
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings
• Follow up with UK customers via call & WhatsApp
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain customer data in CRM
• Provide after-sales customer support

RequirementsFor Freshers:

• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree
• Good English communication skills
• Confident speaking ability
• Willing to work in UK shift
• Basic knowledge of sales & customer service

For Experienced Candidates:

• 6 months to 2 years experience in Call Center, Travel Agency, Umrah Sales, or UK Campaign
• Knowledge of Flight Booking Systems / GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is a plus
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
