Customer Sales Specialist

· Excellent command of English Grammar and efficient typing skills

· Responsible for taking inbound and closing inbound sales calls.

· Ability to convince customers on retaining his/her order

· Familiar with CRM systems and practices.

· Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, Live Chat, or social media

· Greet customers warmly and ascertain the problem or reason for calling.

· Assist with the placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.

· Your job is to answer incoming calls, make outbound calls, email replies on tickets and handle live chats efficiently.

Requirements:

· Competitive, positive, humble energetic, enthusiastic, forward-thinking, and ambitious.

· 1+ year of experience in an International call center as Sales Closer

· Minimum Graduation

· Should be a good customer service worker who knows how to deal with potential customers
