Job Summary

YAP Pakistan is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and the flexibility to work in rotational shifts. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining YAP’s reputation for excellence in service.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of empathy and accuracy
• Document customer interactions and feedback using MS Word and Excel
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of YAP’s products, services, and policies
• Meet performance targets including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores
• Work in rotational shifts to ensure 24/7 support coverage

Requirements

• 0-6 months experience in Customer Support- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in customer support or call center environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing tools
• Positive attitude and a passion for helping others
