HR Operations Executive

Position Overview

EcomSpot (a brand name of EcomStore LLC) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive with 1–2 years of relevant HR experience. The ideal candidate must possess strong English communication skills and hands-on experience managing key aspects of the employee lifecycle, recruitment processes, and employee management.

This role requires someone who understands structured HR operations, can manage multiple hiring requirements, and ensure smooth employee engagement and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate further interview stages.
  • Draft job descriptions and post vacancies on relevant platforms.
  • Ensure proper documentation and onboarding of selected candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.

2. Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, including:
  • Onboarding and orientation
  • Confirmation & probation tracking
  • Performance review coordination
  • Exit formalities and documentation
  • Maintain updated employee records and HR databases.
  • Ensure smooth transition at each stage of the employee journey.

3. Employee Management & Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
  • Assist in conflict resolution and grievance handling (as guided by senior HR).
  • Maintain attendance, leave, and performance records.
  • Ensure policy compliance and professional workplace conduct.

4. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Assist in drafting HR policies and SOPs.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
  • Support payroll coordination (if required).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field or candidates with A-Levels are also encourged to apply
  • Fresh to 1 year of proven experience in HR.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) – mandatory.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
