About the Role
We are seeking a People Operations Executive with strong expertise in HRIS systems and payroll processing. This role is ideal for HR professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to make a direct impact on employee experience and organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain HRIS data accuracy and integrity.
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Support employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration).
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes and policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, with hands-on HRIS and payroll expertise.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
