People Operations Executive

Overview

Job Description

  • Assist in the creation, development, and execution of human resources initiatives, policies, and systems.

  • Prepare, manage, and maintain employment contracts, internal decisions, and employee related documentation.

  • Handle employee registration and deregistration procedures with the relevant agency.

  • Maintain accurate records of working hours, attendance, and annual leave balances.

  • Implement, update, and improve the onboarding process for newly hired employees.

  • Support employee lifecycle management activities and track key HR performance indicators.

  • Coordinate employee training programs and contribute to the preparation of development and growth plans.

  • Take an active role in recruitment activities, including candidate screening, selection, and hiring processes.

  • Monitor and coordinate HR and legal procedures specific to the medical sector, ensuring compliance with regulations, licenses, standards, and internal policies.

Job Requirements


  • Higher education in Human Resources, Law, Economics, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in human resources and or legal practice after graduation is considered an advantage.

  • Experience or understanding of labor relations, employment contracts, legal documentation, business law, and employee development strategies.
