In this role, you will be responsible for assisting patients via phone calls, emails, and chat to facilitate their appointment scheduling and rescheduling needs.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist patients in scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments over the phone, via email, and through chat services.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.</li><li>Maintain patient records and appointment schedules in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.</li><li>Verify patient insurance information and eligibility, as needed.</li><li>Educate patients on appointment procedures, required documentation, and any pre-appointment instructions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and data protection regulations.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous experience in US-based customer support, patient support, or a related role.</li><li>Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.</li><li>Strong english communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs125,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented NOC Engineer to support endpoint patching, cloud services, and day-to-day IT operations. The role involves monitoring systems, providing first-line support for Azure and Microsoft 365 services, managing incidents, and escalating issues to higher-level teams as required.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Deploy security patches and software updates across endpoints using Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools.</li><li>Monitor patching dashboards and reports to identify, troubleshoot, and remediate patch installation failures.</li><li>Perform routine firmware updates and hardware/software maintenance activities.</li><li>Provide first-line support for Azure cloud resources, including basic monitoring, access checks, and issue identification.</li><li>Support Microsoft 365 services, including user access management, license assignment, and basic troubleshooting.</li><li>Assist with Azure AD (Entra ID) user management tasks such as user creation, password resets, and MFA support.</li><li>Create, update, and maintain incident and service request tickets in the ticketing system.</li><li>Escalate OS, server, cloud, and patch-related issues to L2/L3 teams with accurate documentation and troubleshooting details.</li><li>Maintain shift handover notes and follow operational runbooks and standard operating procedures.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service continuity and timely issue resolution.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Graduation is mandatory (bachelor&rsquo;s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred).</li><li>Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Windows Server, macOS, and iOS.</li><li>Understanding of patch management processes and security policies.</li><li>Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud and Azure AD (Entra ID).</li><li>Basic experience with Microsoft 365 (Office 365) administration.</li><li>Familiarity with monitoring tools and ITSM/ticketing systems.</li><li>Minimum 2-3 years of experience in NOC, IT Support, or a similar role.</li><li>Willingness to work in rotational shifts.</li><li>Good communication, documentation, and customer service skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
