We are committed to assisting healthcare providers in optimizing their financial operations and ensuring timely reimbursement for services rendered.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Insurance Claims Processing:</li><li>Review and prepare accurate insurance claims for submission to various payers.</li><li>Verify patient insurance coverage, benefits, and eligibility.</li><li>Ensure proper coding (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS) and documentation for claims accuracy.</li><li>Submit claims electronically or by paper according to payer requirements.</li><li>Payment Posting and Reconciliation:</li><li>Post payments received from insurance companies and patients into the billing system.</li><li>Reconcile payments against billed amounts to identify discrepancies.</li><li>Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in payments, adjustments, or denials.</li><li>Accounts Receivable Management:</li><li>Monitor and follow up on unpaid or denied claims to ensure timely resolution.</li><li>Contact insurance companies to inquire about claim status and facilitate payment.</li><li>Review aging reports regularly to prioritize and address delinquent accounts.</li><li>Initiate appeals for denied or underpaid claims and track the appeal process.</li><li>Patient Billing and Communication:</li><li>Generate patient statements and invoices for outstanding balances.</li><li>Work with patients to establish payment plans or arrangements.</li><li>Provide clear and compassionate communication regarding billing inquiries or issues.</li><li>Documentation and Reporting:</li><li>Maintain accurate and organized records of all billing and collection activities.</li><li>Generate reports on accounts receivable status, aging trends, and collection efforts.</li><li>Prepare regular updates and summaries for management review.</li><li>Compliance and Regulations:</li><li>Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other billing guidelines.</li><li>Stay informed about changes in billing regulations and payer policies.</li><li>Implement best practices to maximize reimbursement and minimize compliance risks.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist in medical billing or a related field.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of medical terminology, billing codes (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS), and insurance claims processes.</li><li>Proficiency in using medical billing software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.</li><li>Strong understanding of insurance policies, reimbursement methodologies, and billing guidelines.</li><li>Excellent analytical skills to identify and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.</li><li>Effective communication skills to interact professionally with insurance companies, patients, and internal teams.</li><li>Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and financial calculations.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs95,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Account Receivable: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Medical Billing - AR Executive

Title: ISO Compliance ManagerTime: 5PM-2AM (Night Shift)Location: Lahore (100% onsite)Lead Auditor:-Plan, execute, and lead ISO 27001:2013 internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of the ISMS.-Conduct risk assessments and audits of security policies, processes, and controls.-Prepare detailed audit reports, including findings, observations, and recommendations for corrective actions.-Lead external audit engagements with certification bodies and ensure the organization's continued ISO 27001 certification.-Collaborate with internal teams to develop, implement, and review corrective action plans based on audit findings.-Monitor and track the status of corrective and preventive actions related to audits.Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Analyst Responsibilities:-Develop and maintain GRC frameworks to ensure the organization complies with industry standards and regulations.-Conduct risk assessments, identifying and assessing information security risks, and recommending mitigation strategies.-Monitor compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.-Assist in the development and implementation of security policies, standards, and guidelines across the organization.-Maintain a risk register, ensuring proper documentation of risks, mitigations, and resolutions.-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with GRC objectives and integrate risk management practices into daily operations.-Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and changes in relevant laws and regulations.Training and Awareness:-Provide training and awareness sessions for staff on ISO 27001:2013, information security best practices, and GRC compliance requirements.-Assist in creating a culture of risk awareness across the organization by promoting security awareness programs.Reporting and Documentation:-Develop and maintain audit documentation, including audit plans, risk assessments, and compliance reports.-Prepare regular reports and presentations on GRC and ISO 27001 performance metrics, audit findings, and risk management activities for senior management and stakeholders.-Ensure all relevant security and risk documentation is up-to-date and aligned with regulatory standards.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs1.00 - Rs2.00 per monthWork Location: In person
