Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced AR Executive – Out of Network (OON) Negotiations to join our medical billing team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience handling out-of-network claims, insurance follow-ups, and payer negotiations within the U.S. healthcare system.

This role requires strong negotiation skills, analytical ability, and a results-driven approach to maximize reimbursements and reduce outstanding AR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Out-of-Network (OON) claims follow-up with insurance companies.
• Conduct payer negotiations to secure maximum reimbursement.
• Review EOBs/ERAs to identify underpayments, denials, and discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit appeals, reconsiderations, and dispute letters.
• Work on aged AR and ensure timely resolution of outstanding balances.
• Maintain accurate documentation in billing software and internal systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prevent recurring denials.
• Achieve assigned KPIs related to collections, recovery percentage, and resolution timelines.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in AR – Out of Network (OON) within medical billing.
• Strong understanding of U.S. insurance payers and reimbursement methodologies.
• Proven experience in insurance negotiations and denial management.
• Ability to analyze EOBs and resolve complex billing issues.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
