Position: Technical Recruiter (Onsite)

About the Role:

Big Binary Tech is building a global resource augmentation team to deploy pre-vetted software engineers for international clients. We are looking for an onsite Technical Recruiter who can actively source, screen, and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality developers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing

Source candidates through:

• LinkedIn (primary)
• GitHub
• Job portals
• Facebook & tech communities
• Local universities and networks

Build pipeline for:

• AI Engineers
• Backend Developers (.NET / Node)
• Full-stack Developers (React + Node)
• DevOps Engineers

2. Initial Screening

• Conduct HR and technical pre-screen calls

Evaluate:

• Technical background
• Project experience
• GitHub/portfolio quality
• Communication and English fluency
• Shortlist candidates for technical interview

3. Recruitment Management

• Manage end-to-end hiring process
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with technical team
• Maintain candidate database and talent pool
• Handle offer negotiation and onboarding documentation

4. Bench Management (Critical)

• Maintain a minimum bench of ready-to-deploy engineers
• Track candidate availability
• Keep backup candidates for each role

5. Employer Branding

• Post job openings regularly
• Manage hiring campaigns
• Support referral programs
• Coordinate walk-in and hiring drives

Required Skills:

Experience:

• 2+ years in technical recruitment

Must Have

• Experience hiring software developers
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing (Boolean search)
• Understanding of tech stacks (React, Node, .NET, AI basics)
• Excellent English communication
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Experience in software house / outsourcing company
• Experience in offshore hiring or resource augmentation
