Job Title: Technical Recruiter – Medical Billing & IT Services

Location: Onsite Asghar Mall Rawalpindi
Experience Required: 2–4 years
Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition
Duty Timing: 6.00 PM to 3.00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for Medical Billing (RCM) and IT/Technical roles. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for healthcare revenue cycle management and technical positions while ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for Medical Billing and IT positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring timelines.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate technical assessments and interview schedules.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Negotiate salary packages and finalize offers.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay updated with industry hiring trends in Medical Billing and IT sectors.
