Recruitment Specialist

Job description:

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team and help us grow our teams. The ideal candidate will be experienced in full-cycle recruitment, with a passion for sourcing and hiring the best talent.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles including but not limited to (Software Engineers, DevOps, IT Specialists, Data Scientists, Civil Engineers, etc.).
  • Source and screen potential candidates using various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and technical communities.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs, technical requirements, and position expectations.
  • Craft engaging job descriptions and postings to attract top talent.
  • Conduct initial screenings and assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, including technical assessments and panel interviews.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.).
  • Provide candidates with a positive recruitment experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
  • Build relationships with passive candidates, networking at industry events and tech meetups to identify potential future hires.
  • Stay updated with current trends and advancements in the technology field to better understand hiring needs and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with external recruitment agencies or staffing firms as needed.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar HR role.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to source and engage passive candidates using various techniques.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to assess technical skills through resume reviews, interviews, and technical tests.
  • Proactive and results-driven approach to hiring.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the HR team and technical departments.

Location: Bahria Town Civic Centre Phase 4 Rawalpindi
Office Timing: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Hybrid)
