Recruiter - CSR Experience

Job Summary

The Recruiter is responsible for end-to-end hiring of CSRs and Verifiers, ensuring candidates meet communication, compliance, and campaign-specific requirements while maintaining hiring targets and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

· Source candidates for CSR and Verifier roles via:

o Job portals (Rozee, Indeed, LinkedIn)

o Walk-ins & referrals

o Social media recruitment

· Screen resumes according to campaign requirements

· Conduct initial HR interviews (communication, attitude, eligibility)

· Coordinate technical / campaign interviews with Team Leads or QA

· Schedule mock calls, voice assessments, and final interviews

· Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports

· Ensure documentation and onboarding compliance

· Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets

· Maintain a talent pipeline for ramp-ups

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Proven experience in BPO / Call Center recruitment

· Strong understanding of CSR & Verifier profiles

· Excellent English communication skills

· Ability to judge accent, confidence, and call-handling ability

· Target-driven and deadline-oriented mindset

· Minimum education: BBA or relevant field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs60,000.00 per month
