Associate HR Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate HR Manager to support and execute core HR functions, with a strong focus on recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with the HR Manager and leadership team to ensure smooth HR processes while contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and assist in workforce planning.
  • Maintain and update HR records, reports, and recruitment data to support decision-making.
  • Assist in implementing employee engagement, retention, and performance management initiatives.
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards are followed consistently.
  • Handle employee queries and basic HR issues professionally and confidentially.
  • Support HR audits, documentation, and day-to-day HR operations.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, employee activities, and HR communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in IT or fast-paced environments.
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Basic understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.
