Human Resource Officer

Job Specifications:

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records and ensure timely documentation
  • Manage attendance, leaves, and HR operational reports
  • Ensure HR compliance as per company standards
  • Coordinate between branches and corporate office for HR operations

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience (Fresh graduates with strong skills may also be considered)

Skills:

  • HRMS Knowledge: Proficient in navigating FlowHCM or HR management systems.
  • Microsoft Office: Strong Excel skills for data management and report analysis.
  • Recruitment & HR Operations: Familiar with basic recruitment processes and employee relations.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Time Management: Able to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Branch Visits: Flexible for weekly visit to branch.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
