Human Resource Officer & Accounts Manager (Female Only)

We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented HR & Accounts Officer to oversee the organization’s human resources operations alongside day-to-day accounting and financial administration. This role requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related matters

Accounts & Finance

  • Prepare and manage invoices, billing, and expense records
  • Maintain accurate financial data and bookkeeping records
  • Perform bank reconciliations and payment follow-ups
  • Assist with tax/VAT documentation and audit preparation
  • Coordinate with external accountants and financial advisors

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in HR and accounting/finance roles
  • Sound knowledge of payroll processing and bookkeeping principles
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
