Assistant Manager HR – Compensation & Benefits

Job Summary:

Liberty Mills Limited is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager HR– Compensation & Benefits to support the design, implementation, and management of competitive reward programs aligned with market standards and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing compensation and benefits policies.
  • Conduct salary surveys and benchmarking to maintain market competitiveness.
  • Support job evaluations and pay structure reviews.
  • Administer employee benefits programs (health, retirement, leave).
  • Analyze compensation data and prepare management reports.
  • Provide guidance on compensation and benefits matters.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HR data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs95,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Compensation & Benefits: 4 years (Preferred)
