Job Summary:
Liberty Mills Limited is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager HR– Compensation & Benefits to support the design, implementation, and management of competitive reward programs aligned with market standards and company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing compensation and benefits policies.
- Conduct salary surveys and benchmarking to maintain market competitiveness.
- Support job evaluations and pay structure reviews.
- Administer employee benefits programs (health, retirement, leave).
- Analyze compensation data and prepare management reports.
- Provide guidance on compensation and benefits matters.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR data analysis.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs95,000.00 per month
