Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and maintain QMS implementation in compliance with ISO 9001.</li><li>Develop, review, and control QMS documentation (policies, SOPs, work instructions).</li><li>Plan and conduct internal audits; ensure CAPA for identified non-conformities.</li><li>Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.</li><li>Coordinate with external auditors; ensure audit preparedness and documentation.</li><li>Conduct QMS training and awareness sessions across departments.</li><li>Monitor and report quality KPIs with recommendations for improvement.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in implementing and managing QMS in textile industry.</li><li>Strong auditing skills with hands-on experience in internal and external audits.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

Deputy Manager – Quality Management System (QMS) - Home Textile

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop new home textile products in line with market trends and customer requirements</li><li>Coordinate with design, marketing, and production teams for sampling and approvals</li><li>Manage end-to-end product development cycles from concept to execution</li><li>Ensure timely completion of samples, costing, and product specifications</li><li>Maintain strong communication with buyers for design briefs and feedback</li><li>Analyze competitors&rsquo; products and market trends to propose new ideas</li><li>Support process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, or related field</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of relevant experience in Home Textile PD (Bedsheets, Curtains, Towels, etc.)</li><li>Strong understanding of textile materials, printing, weaving, and finishing processes</li><li>Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills</li><li>Creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
