Job Description of an HR Executive
An HR executive is a senior human resources generalist responsible for supporting an organization within every area of a company's human resource operation.
Identifies hiring need, develops the position description, Recruitment Plan, organizational chart and other recruitment related documents
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations
Hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and line Managers.
Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Maintains historical human resource records (i.e. Databases) by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training HR Staff.
Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures;
Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization
· Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
Requirements
1. A Person with the degree of BBA /BPA specialization in HR or A four-year degree in human resource or equivalent is typically required. Compute literacy must.
2. Salary Range: 75,000 To 100,000 as per the experience and skill set of the candidate
3. Minimum 1 year Experience is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
