CRM Expert (On-Site)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM Expert to spearhead the optimization and management of our marketing automation and customer data platforms. You will be the driving force behind leveraging our CRM ecosystem to its fullest potential, ensuring seamless integration, efficient workflows, and data-driven insights that fuel our success.

Key Responsibilities

• System Optimization: Architect and manage CRM structures, ensuring high-performing pipelines and automation workflows.
• API & Integrations: Lead the development and maintenance of API integrations to ensure the CRM communicates perfectly with our tech stack.
• AI Implementation: Leverage AI tools and technologies to automate customer interactions and enhance data processing.
• Data Integrity: Monitor data health, lead routing, and reporting to ensure accuracy across all marketing channels.
• Problem Solving: Identify system bottlenecks and implement technical solutions independently.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Proven track record as a CRM Expert (Minimum 1 year preferred).
• Technical Skills: Strong expertise in API development and software integration.
• Tech Savvy: Solid understanding of modern AI tools and how to apply them to CRM workflows.
• Communication: Excellent documentation skills and the ability to explain complex technical processes.
• Mindset: Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
