Growth, Performance & CRM Manager

Role Objective

TheSkinFit is hiring a Growth, Performance & CRM Manager to lead end-to-end growth across customer acquisition, retention, and repeat purchases.

This role owns the full growth engine including paid marketing, CRM strategy, funnel planning, campaign execution, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate is commercially strong, data-driven, and able to execute with ownership.

Core Responsibilities

1) Growth Strategy and Commercial Ownership

  • Build monthly growth plans aligned with business targets
  • Translate revenue goals into channel-level targets (paid, organic, CRM)
  • Plan product-led growth initiatives including hero SKUs, bundles, offers, and campaign momentum
  • Identify growth opportunities using sales trends, customer behavior, and funnel performance

2) Performance Marketing (Meta and Google)

  • Own performance marketing execution across Meta and Google
  • Build and manage funnel structure (prospecting, retargeting, retention support)
  • Allocate and optimize budgets based on return and efficiency
  • Track and improve key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPA, CVR, and AOV
  • Work closely with the internal creative team to brief, test, and improve performance creatives
  • Lead weekly experimentation across audiences, creatives, offers, and funnel performance

3) CRM, Retention and LTV Growth

  • Own CRM strategy to increase repeat purchases and improve customer lifetime value
  • Manage lifecycle journey planning across key stages (new, engaged, repeat, winback)
  • Build segmentation based on customer behavior and purchase history
  • Execute weekly and monthly CRM calendars aligned with revenue goals and campaign priorities
  • Improve CRM performance through personalization, messaging strategy, and offer planning

4) Reporting and Growth Dashboards

  • Own weekly and monthly reporting across paid marketing and CRM performance
  • Build dashboards to highlight key results, issues, and next actions
  • Present performance insights and growth recommendations to Founder/CMO

Key KPIs You Will Own

  • Revenue growth (monthly and campaign performance)
  • ROAS, CAC, CPA
  • CVR and AOV improvements
  • Repeat purchase rate and customer LTV
  • CRM revenue contribution

Requirements

  • E-commerce experience is mandatory
  • 3–6 years of experience in growth, CRM, and performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and GA4
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, MoEngage, or WhatsApp CRM
  • Mixpanel experience is preferred
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel is required)
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Strong coordination and collaboration skills with creative and operations teams

Location : MACHS Karachi
Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours : 10 am till 7 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs200,000.00 per month
