About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Digital Media (PPC) to lead and scale paid media operations across multiple platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong hands-on expertise in performance marketing, budget management, and team leadership within a digital agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all paid media / PPC operations across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing strategies aligned with client goals
• Own media planning, budget allocation, ROAS, CPA, and scaling strategies
• Manage and mentor PPC managers and media buyers
• Oversee campaign structure, audience strategy, creatives testing, and funnel optimization
• Ensure accurate tracking, analytics, and reporting (GA4, pixels, conversion tracking)
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and account teams for integrated campaign success
• Present performance insights, forecasts, and optimization plans to stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–10+ years of experience in PPC / performance marketing within a digital agency
• Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and paid social platforms
• Strong understanding of funnels, CRO, attribution models, and analytics
• Experience managing large budgets and multiple client accounts
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on mindset with strategic ownership

Nice to Have

• Experience with eCommerce, lead generation, and B2B campaigns
• Knowledge of automation, scripts, and advanced bidding strategies
• Agency leadership or head-level experience
