About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Performance Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience running and optimizing paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. This role demands a blend of analytical thinking and creative strategy to drive measurable growth and maximize ROI through performance marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms.
• Conduct detailed audience targeting, keyword research, and optimize customer funnels.
• Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
• Develop acquisition, retargeting, and remarketing strategies to drive new customer growth and increase repeat conversions.
• Design and execute A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, placements, and landing pages to maximize campaign performance.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare detailed performance reports for stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with the latest ad formats, platform updates, and emerging trends in performance marketing.
• Collaborate closely with creative, design, and brand teams to develop engaging and impactful ad content.

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of proven experience in performance marketing.
• Expertise in managing and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics, attribution models, and conversion tracking.
• Proficient with digital marketing tools including Google Analytics (GA4), Facebook Business Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and building effective customer funnels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data.
• Creative approach to testing new ad angles, formats, and audience segmentation strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
