Digital Marketing Expert

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing paid campaigns, optimizing performance, and scaling profitable ad accounts. Experience with Google Ads is required, while TikTok Ads knowledge is a strong plus.

This role also includes basic Shopify management responsibilities to support our eCommerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) with a strong focus on ROAS and scaling.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping).
• Create, test, and analyze ad creatives, audiences, and funnels.
• Monitor daily ad performance, budgets, and KPIs.
• Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation to improve results.
• Set up and manage tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, conversions).
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.

Shopify responsibilities (basic):

• Upload and manage products, collections, and content.
• Assist with landing page optimization for paid traffic.
• Coordinate with design and development teams for campaign-related updates.
• Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends and platform updates.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• 1+ year of experience in Google Ads.
• Experience with TikTok Ads is a plus.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS).
• Basic experience working with Shopify.
• Familiarity with GA4, Meta Business Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
