Lead Generation Specialist

Enovadors Ltd is a creative digital solutions company providing website design, branding, SEO, marketing, and online growth services to clients worldwide. As we continue to expand our in-house team, we are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist who can identify, engage, and convert potential clients through modern digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality leads through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Discord, and Twitch
• Actively engage with online communities, respond to inquiries, and identify business opportunities
• Build and maintain organized lead lists and track daily outreach activities
• Schedule qualified appointments or demos for the sales team
• Prepare weekly reports on outreach progress, lead status, and conversions

Requirements

• Proven experience in lead generation, outreach, or social media prospecting
• Strong written communication and online networking skills
• Hands-on experience with Discord and Twitch communities
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and target-oriented
• Understanding of digital agency services (web design, branding, SEO, marketing) is a strong plus
