Upwork Bidder / Lead Generation Specialist (Animation Agency)

Job Description:

Keach Technologies is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Upwork Bidder / Lead Generation Specialist to generate qualified leads and book calls for our animation agency. This role focuses on identifying high-quality animation projects, writing personalized proposals, and maintaining consistent and professional client communication.

You will work closely with the closer and creative teams to ensure smooth lead handoffs and long-term account performance.

Responsibilities:

• Search, filter, and identify high-value animation-related job posts on Upwork
• Analyze job requirements and avoid low-quality or mismatched leads
• Write personalized, high-converting proposals tailored to each client
• Track submitted proposals and follow up with interested clients
• Coordinate with the closer and creative teams for smooth lead handoffs
• Maintain strong communication to support long-term Job Success Score (JSS)
• Prepare and submit daily performance reports

Requirements:

• Strong written English communication skills
• Understanding of animation services and terminology
• Prior experience working on Upwork as a bidder or lead generator
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining personalization and quality
• Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

• Proposal quality and relevance
• Client reply and interview rates
• Smooth and qualified lead handoff to the closer
• Consistent support of long-term JSS maintenance
