Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and experienced Designer / Animator / Video Editor to join our onsite team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, animation, and video editing, along with experience or a strong interest in working with AI-powered creative tools and modern digital workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality graphic designs, animations, and video content for digital platforms

• Develop engaging motion graphics, reels, short-form videos, and brand visuals

• Edit and enhance videos with strong storytelling, pacing, and visual consistency

• Utilize AI tools to improve creative efficiency, ideation, animation, video editing, or asset generation

• Collaborate with marketing, content, and strategy teams to deliver creative concepts

• Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs

• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards

• Stay updated with design trends, animation styles, video formats, and AI advancements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of professional experience in design, animation, or video editing.

• Strong command of tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent.

• Experience or strong interest in AI-based creative tools (e.g., Gemini, Veo3, Nanobanana, Google Flow or any other AI video editing, motion tools, generative design, automation).

• Solid understanding of motion graphics, transitions, typography, and visual storytelling.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.

• Portfolio showcasing design, animation, and/or video projects (required).
