Lead Generation Automation Systems<ul><li>Build automated lead flow from Meta Ads, Google Ads, and landing pages</li><li>Design systems for capturing, enriching, and routing leads</li><li>Ensure real-time syncing with CRM (Attio or similar)</li><li>Build lead scoring and segmentation systems</li></ul>2. WhatsApp Automation Systems<ul><li>Setup WhatsApp API (AiSensy / WATI / Twilio)</li><li>Build instant auto-replies for new leads</li><li>Create multi-step follow-up sequences (Day 0&ndash;Day 7+)</li><li>Implement lead assignment and escalation logic</li><li>Ensure zero-lead-loss communication flow</li></ul>3. CRM Automation (Attio or similar)<ul><li>Design CRM pipelines and automation flows</li><li>Auto-create and update leads from all channels</li><li>Sync WhatsApp, email, ads, and outbound channels</li><li>Maintain clean, structured CRM architecture</li></ul>4. AI Workflow Automation<ul><li>Integrate ChatGPT / Claude APIs into workflows</li><li>Automate:</li><li>lead qualification</li><li>message generation</li><li>proposal drafts</li><li>conversation summaries</li><li>Build AI decision-making flows inside automation systems</li></ul>5. Make.com + n8n Automation Engine (VERY IMPORTANT)<ul><li>Build and manage workflows using Make.com and/or n8n</li><li>Design advanced automation logic using:</li><li>APIs</li><li>webhooks</li><li>triggers and conditional flows</li><li>Integrate all systems into a unified automation stack</li></ul>6. Social Media Automation Systems<ul><li>Automate content workflows across social media platforms</li><li>Build AI-powered content generation pipelines</li><li>Automate scheduling and distribution systems</li><li>Repurpose content using AI tools (text &rarr; carousel &rarr; video)</li><li>Build reporting automation for social media performance</li></ul>7. Cold Outreach Automation (LinkedIn + Email)<ul><li>Build LinkedIn automation systems using tools like:</li><li>Dripify / Expandi / Waalaxy</li><li>Build cold email systems using:</li><li>Instantly / Smartlead</li><li>Implement:</li><li>lead scraping (Apify or similar tools)</li><li>AI personalized messaging</li><li>follow-up automation sequences</li><li>Sync all outreach with CRM</li></ul>8. Reporting &amp; Optimization Systems<ul><li>Build automated reporting dashboards (Looker Studio / Sheets)</li><li>Generate AI-based performance summaries</li><li>Optimize workflows for speed, efficiency, and conversion</li></ul>9.
