We are building a fully automated AI growth systems agency for SMEs and enterprises in the UAE.

Role Overview

We are hiring an AI Automation Specialist / Performance Growth Manager responsible for designing and building end-to-end automation systems across marketing, sales, and operations.

This is NOT a marketing or content role.

This is a systems engineering role focused on automation, AI workflows, and revenue systems.

You will own the full automation backbone of:

• Lead generation systems
• Social media automation workflows
• Cold outreach systems (LinkedIn + Email)
• WhatsApp automation systems
• CRM + AI integrations

⚙ Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation Automation Systems

• Build automated lead flow from Meta Ads, Google Ads, and landing pages
• Design systems for capturing, enriching, and routing leads
• Ensure real-time syncing with CRM (Attio or similar)
• Build lead scoring and segmentation systems

2. WhatsApp Automation Systems

• Setup WhatsApp API (AiSensy / WATI / Twilio)
• Build instant auto-replies for new leads
• Create multi-step follow-up sequences (Day 0–Day 7+)
• Implement lead assignment and escalation logic
• Ensure zero-lead-loss communication flow

3. CRM Automation (Attio or similar)

• Design CRM pipelines and automation flows
• Auto-create and update leads from all channels
• Sync WhatsApp, email, ads, and outbound channels
• Maintain clean, structured CRM architecture

4. AI Workflow Automation

• Integrate ChatGPT / Claude APIs into workflows
• Automate:
• lead qualification
• message generation
• proposal drafts
• conversation summaries
• Build AI decision-making flows inside automation systems

5. Make.com + n8n Automation Engine (VERY IMPORTANT)

• Build and manage workflows using Make.com and/or n8n
• Design advanced automation logic using:
• APIs
• webhooks
• triggers and conditional flows
• Integrate all systems into a unified automation stack

6. Social Media Automation Systems

• Automate content workflows across social media platforms
• Build AI-powered content generation pipelines
• Automate scheduling and distribution systems
• Repurpose content using AI tools (text → carousel → video)
• Build reporting automation for social media performance

7. Cold Outreach Automation (LinkedIn + Email)

• Build LinkedIn automation systems using tools like:
• Dripify / Expandi / Waalaxy
• Build cold email systems using:
• Instantly / Smartlead
• Implement:
• lead scraping (Apify or similar tools)
• AI personalized messaging
• follow-up automation sequences
• Sync all outreach with CRM

8. Reporting & Optimization Systems

• Build automated reporting dashboards (Looker Studio / Sheets)
• Generate AI-based performance summaries
• Optimize workflows for speed, efficiency, and conversion

9. Notion Knowledge Base (SOP Systems)

• Document all automation workflows in Notion
• Build SOP libraries for internal and client systems
• Create reusable automation templates
• Maintain structured knowledge base for scaling

Required Skills

Must Have:

• Strong experience with automation tools:
• Make.com OR n8n (both preferred)
• CRM automation experience (Attio / HubSpot / Pipedrive)
• WhatsApp API tools (AiSensy / WATI / Twilio)
• LinkedIn automation tools (Dripify / Expandi / Waalaxy)
• Cold email tools (Instantly / Smartlead)
• API + webhook understanding

Strong Plus:

• OpenAI / Claude API experience
• Apify or scraping tools
• Basic JavaScript
• Funnel / marketing automation understanding
• Multi-channel automation experience

Mindset Requirements

• Can design workflows from scratch
• Understands sales + marketing funnels
• Loves automation and problem-solving
• Works independently with ownership mindset
• Builds scalable systems, not one-off fixes

Not a Fit If You Are:

• Only a social media manager or marketer
• Only a designer or content creator
• No automation or CRM experience
• Cannot design workflows independently
• Dependent on tutorials for every task
• No understanding of APIs or system logic
