Architect (Interior Designer)

AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is looking to hire Architect (Interior Designer) for its New project based in Karachi

Position: Architect (Interior Designer)

Experience: At least 2-3 Years’ (preferably in the amusement industry)

Qualification: Bachelor of Architecture

Salary: 100k - 120k

Location: DHA Phase 8

Job Description:

Create and present design proposals, including mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings, to communicate design concepts effectively

Develop detailed space plans, layout drawings, and elevations to illustrate the spatial arrangement and design elements

Select and source materials, furniture, fixtures, and accessories that align with the design concept and client's vision

Provide expert advice on color schemes, lighting, and materials to enhance the functionality and ambiance of interior spaces

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and products

Oversee the installation and implementation of interior design projects, ensuring they adhere to the design specifications and quality standards

Keep up-to-date with interior design trends, materials, and industry developments to offer innovative and cutting-edge solutions to clients

Collaborate with other team members, such as architects, contractors, and engineers, to integrate interior design with the overall project vision
