The Opportunity

We are appointing a Brand Architect & Design Lead as a permanent, foundational role within MBK Global.

You will be architecting how MBK Global and its ventures are understood, trusted, and remembered.

This is a senior, high-ownership role for a designer who wants to shape the identity, narrative, and visual language of a multi-venture technology platform — with long-term impact.

The Design Challenge

MBK Global operates in a uniquely demanding environment:

  • Our propositions are complex, yet must be clear to senior decision-makers
  • Our brand must feel confidently modern while remaining grounded, credible, and enterprise-grade
  • We operate across multiple ventures and partnerships that must feel coherent over time


Your role is to resolve this through clarity, structure, and design leadership.

Role Overview

As Brand Architect & Design Lead, you will own:

  • MBK Globals brand architecture, narrative, and positioning
  • The visual identity system across MBK Global and its ventures
  • The quality and consistency of all brand artefacts and touchpoints
  • The design culture across the organisation


This is a long-term stewardship role, not a one-off branding exercise.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Architecture & Positioning

  • Define and evolve the MBK Global brand hierarchy and narrative
  • Ensure clarity across ventures, solutions, and partnerships
  • Translate strategy into credible B2B value propositions


Visual Identity & Design Systems

  • Own and evolve the visual identity and brand guidelines
  • Ensure enterprise-grade consistency across presentations, digital platforms, and partner materials


Clarity Through Design

  • Translate complex technical propositions into clear visuals and narratives
  • Design ecosystem maps, infographics, and executive-grade materials


Design Leadership

  • Champion a human-centred, design-led mindset
  • Set standards for quality, clarity, and attention to detail
  • Work closely with founders and senior leaders


Experience

What Were Looking For

  • 7+ years in brand design, brand architecture, or senior design roles
  • Experience in B2B, enterprise, technology, industrial, or energy-adjacent environments
  • Experience working across multi-entity or platform organisations


Skills

  • Exceptional visual judgement and structural thinking
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; After Effects a plus)
  • High-end PowerPoint or Keynote capability
  • Figma or equivalent tools


Mindset

  • Pride in craft, consistency, and quality
  • Comfortable in founder-led, high-expectation environments
  • Culturally aware and able to design for Qatar and the wider GCC
  • Calm, thoughtful, and credible in how you present design decisions
