Business Development Intern (Upwork & Freelancer) - Salary + 3% Commission

Location: Gulistan-e-Iqbal Block 5, opposite Sir Syed University (https://maps.app.goo.gl/1G6CeQTL12ws6kaq9)
Timings: Monday to Friday any 4 hours between 12:00 PM – 06:00 PM, 4.5 hours between 8 PM - 3 AM, Saturday anytime to complete 30 proposals

This internship is for sharp, confident individuals who want real exposure to client acquisition and online business development. You will work directly on Upwork and Freelancer, learning how agencies find clients, write proposals, and close deals in international markets.

This is not a call center role and not passive admin work. Training will be provided, but consistency, communication, and ownership are required.

What You’ll Do

• Find relevant projects on Upwork and Freelancer
• Write proposals based on clear guidelines and examples
• Communicate with potential clients in English
• Understand client requirements and pass details to the internal team
• Track conversations, follow-ups, and responses
• Learn how real web and eCommerce projects are sold and scoped

Who Should Apply

• Students or fresh graduates (18–25 preferred)
• Comfortable with written English
• Willing to learn sales, bidding, and client communication
• Confident using computers and online platforms
• Serious about growth, not just “any internship”

No prior Upwork or Freelancer experience is required. Proper training and live exposure will be provided.

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
