CSR / Customer Service Manager for Clothing Brand

We are looking for a Orders fulfillment (Shopify) and Customer Service Representative (WhatsApp and call Confirmation) based in Karachi.
Responsibilities;

• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
• WhatsApp, Facebook and Messenger Queries!
• Shopify and WhatsApp Handling!
• Location: Tariq Road
• Office Based

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
