Position Details:

Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi
Shift: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Night Shift)
Salary: 35,000 PKR to 50,000 PKR + Attendance Allowance and Uncapped Commission

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
• Promote and sell company services through effective communication and persuasion
• Maintain an updated database of customer interactions and follow-ups
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance targets
• Ensure timely follow-ups with potential and existing customers
• Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks

Requirements:

• Previous call center experience is a plus but not required (fresh candidates are encouraged to apply)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close sales
• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills
• Ability to work night shifts (7 PM - 4 AM)
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in handling CRM tools
