Front Desk Officer (Female)

Job Summary

Roomi Builders and Developers is seeking a professional, courteous, and well-organized Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and business partners. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations efficiently while providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
  • Handle inquiries related to projects, property details, and appointments
  • Maintain visitor logs and manage entry passes where required
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments with sales, management, and site teams
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, documents, and courier deliveries
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
  • Support sales and marketing teams by guiding walk-in clients appropriately
  • Ensure confidentiality of company and client information

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in real estate or construction industry is an advantage
  • Punctual, reliable, and well-groomed
  • Strong Communication Skills

Location: Opposite Malir Cantt Check Post 5, near Askari 5, Malir Link to Super Hwy. (Pick and Drop Available from Site Office to Check post 05 )

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
