Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Assistant Accounts & Admin with 1–2 years of experience. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with numbers, accounting software, and digital tools, while also handling basic office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (vouchers, invoices, expenses).
  • Record and track payments, receipts, and petty cash.
  • Assist with bank reconciliation and preparation of basic financial reports.
  • Maintain GST / withholding tax records and supporting documents.
  • Handle filing, documentation, and record keeping digitally and physically.
  • Coordinate with vendors and support general admin tasks.
  • Use MS Excel, accounting software, and other digital tools efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounts and admin.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable with MS Excel, MS Word, and accounting software.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
