ERP Support Executive / ERP Support Officer

Blaze Minds Solutions (BMS) is a leading software company providing ERP, Sales & Distribution (S&D), CRM, HR & Payroll, Inventory/Warehouse, POS, and customized enterprise solutions for FMCG, Manufacturing, Trading, and Distribution businesses.
We are expanding our ERP support team and are looking for a dedicated ERP Support Executive to assist clients in day-to-day system operations.

Job Summary

The ERP Support Executive will be responsible for functional support, user assistance, issue resolution, and system coordination for ERP clients. This role requires strong understanding of business processes and the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and internal technical teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesERP Functional Support

• Provide day-to-day ERP system support to clients
• Assist users in Sales, Inventory, Accounts, HR, and related modules
• Resolve user issues related to transactions, reports, and workflows
• Guide users on correct ERP usage and best practices

Client Coordination

• Receive and log support tickets and issues
• Communicate with clients via calls, emails, or on-site visits (if required)
• Coordinate with development and technical teams for issue resolution
• Follow up until closure and client satisfaction

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare issue logs, resolutions, and user guidance notes
• Maintain support reports and daily activity logs
• Assist in user training and system walkthroughs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, IT, or related field
• 1–3 years experience in ERP support or business software support
• Understanding of ERP modules:
• Sales & Distribution
• Inventory / Warehouse
• Accounts / Finance
• HR & Payroll (basic knowledge preferred)
• Basic understanding of business processes and accounting flows
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP implementation or post-go-live support
• Experience working with FMCG, Manufacturing, or Distribution companies
• Basic SQL or database knowledge (plus)
