Senior Customer Support Executives

Role Overview

Indolj is looking for a mature, professional, and customer focused Senior Customer Support Executive who can handle customer interactions confidently across calls, chat, email, and social media. The role requires strong communication skills, ownership of customer queries, and the ability to guide junior team members when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally and understand customer inquiries in detail
  • Create, document, and track customer inquiries accurately in the system
  • Coordinate closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure timely follow-ups
  • Manage and respond to customer queries on social media platforms
  • Ensure proper escalation and resolution of complex customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions
  • Support and guide junior customer support team members
  • Ensure service quality, professionalism, and response standards are maintained

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strong customer service mindset with prior experience in a senior support role
  • Excellent spoken English and Urdu with a clear, confident accent
  • Strong phone etiquette and professional chat and email communication skills
  • Well-organized with good administrative and documentation skills
  • Calm, well-behaved, and solution-oriented under pressure
  • A/O Level education is a plus
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer support tools is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 weeks

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
