Create manage, and optimize the Daraz seller account in compliance with Daraz policies. Create and upload product listings with optimized titles, descriptions, specifications, and keywords. Upload and manage high-quality product images according to Daraz standards. Decorate and manage Daraz store branding (banners, categories, logos, visuals). Set competitive pricing, discounts, vouchers, and promotional offers. Manage inventory to avoid stock-out and overselling issues. Process orders and ensure timely packing and dispatch via Daraz logistics. Maintain SLA performance including order fulfillment and late shipment rate. Handle returns, cancellations, and refunds through Seller Center. Respond to customer chats, queries, and manage reviews professionally. Monitor and improve seller ratings and account health metrics. Plan and manage participation in Daraz campaigns and mega sales (11.11, 12.12, etc.). Run and optimize Daraz Sponsored Ads and promotional tools. Analyze sales reports and performance analytics to improve revenue. Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization for product visibility. Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, availability, and product updates. Ensure compliance with Daraz policies and prohibited items rules. Handle account penalties, appeals, and operational issues if any. Research competitors and suggest new product opportunities. Provide regular performance and sales reports to management. Requirements: Proven experience handling Daraz Seller Account (mandatory). Strong understanding of Daraz Seller Center tools and policies. Experience with Daraz ads, campaigns, and store decoration. Good communication and customer handling skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets. Experience in e-commerce or online marketplaces will be a plus.
