We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Mercado Libre Account Manager to oversee and optimize our marketplace presence in Mexico. This role involves end-to-end account management, including product listings, pricing strategies, inventory coordination, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing Mercado Libre seller accounts in Mexico and a strong understanding of the platform's algorithms, with the ability to drive sales growth while maintaining operational excellence.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience managing Mercado Libre seller accounts (Mexico market)

- Proven ability to drive sales growth and optimize marketplace performance
- Experience with product listing optimization, SEO, and keyword strategies
- Experience managing Mercado Ads campaigns and promotions
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
Responsibilities
- Create, optimize, and manage product listings on Mercado Libre Mexico
- Ensure listings are fully optimized for SEO (titles, keywords, backend attributes)
- Develop high-converting product images and descriptions
- Manage product variations, bundles, and refurbished listings
- Ensure compliance with category requirements and platform policies
- Monitor and improve key metrics such as conversion rate, Buy Box (featured placement), and seller reputation score
- Implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns
- Analyze competitor performance and adjust strategies accordingly
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory planning and availability
- Manage fulfillment programs such as Mercado Envíos
- Prevent stockouts and overstock situations
- Handle customer communication, dispute resolution, returns, and claims
- Maintain high seller ratings and account health
- Manage Mercado Ads campaigns (sponsored listings) and optimize ROI
- Execute promotional campaigns such as Hot Sale and Buen Fin
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Track sales, margins, and operational KPIs
- Identify growth opportunities and potential risks
