We are seeking a results-driven Fiverr Sales Expert to manage and grow our presence on Fiverr and generate consistent revenue.

Role Overview

The Fiverr Sales Expert will be responsible for managing and scaling our Fiverr account, optimizing gigs, communicating with clients, and converting leads into high-value projects. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of generating revenue on Fiverr and possesses strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Fiverr Account Management

Create, optimize, and manage high-converting Fiverr gigs.

Conduct keyword research to improve gig ranking and visibility.

Manage gig packages, extras, promotions, and analytics.

Maintain seller performance metrics including response rate, completion rate, and customer satisfaction.

Sales & Client Acquisition

Handle client inquiries, negotiate pricing, and convert leads into orders.

Generate consistent revenue through Fiverr by securing short-term and long-term projects.

Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services such as web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, and digital marketing.

Develop strategies to convert low-ticket orders into high-value contracts.

Proposal Writing & Communication

Draft persuasive and professional responses to client inquiries.

Prepare custom offers and proposals aligned with client requirements.

Maintain excellent client communication and relationship management.

Growth & Strategy

Develop and execute strategies to scale Fiverr accounts and increase revenue.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and platform updates.

Utilize Fiverr analytics and promotional tools to improve performance.

Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, and marketing) to ensure seamless project delivery.

Performance & Reporting

Track and report monthly revenue, order metrics, and conversion rates.

Maintain documentation of client interactions and project pipelines.

Provide insights and recommendations for marketplace growth.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience managing and generating revenue through Fiverr.

Demonstrated success in gig optimization, SEO, and marketplace growth.

Strong sales, negotiation, and client handling skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Experience selling digital services such as:

Web Development

Mobile App Development

UI/UX Design

Digital Marketing (SEO, PPC, SMM)

Graphic Design

SaaS Solutions

Ability to convert low-ticket clients into high-value and long-term engagements.

Self-motivated with a results-driven and target-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with software development agencies or digital marketing firms.

Top Rated Seller, Level 2 Seller, or Fiverr Pro status.

Familiarity with keyword research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest).

Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.

Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for proposal writing and gig optimization.

Experience managing multiple Fiverr accounts for agencies.
