E-Books Upseller (Female Resource – Experienced Only

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-Books Upseller (Female Resource) to join our growing digital sales team.

Position Overview:

The candidate will be responsible for upselling digital e-books and related products to existing and potential customers, ensuring maximum conversion and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into sales
• Upsell and cross-sell e-books and digital products
• Maintain strong communication with clients to understand their needs
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and sales activity
• Work closely with the sales team to improve performance and conversion rates

Requirements:

• Proven experience in upselling or digital sales (E-books preferred)
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Target-oriented and performance-driven mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in online selling or digital products will be preferred
