Position: Upseller / Upsell Specialist (Web Design - Paid SMM Leads)

Target: $4,000 – $5,000

Location: Federal B. Area, Block 10, Karachi

Shift: Night Shift, 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

We are looking for a motivated Upseller (Upsell Specialist) for our Web Design services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging existing clients acquired through paid social media marketing campaigns, identifying upsell opportunities, and offering suitable web design upgrades, add-ons, and premium service packages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with existing clients generated through paid SMM leads.
• Understand client business needs and identify relevant upsell opportunities.
• Promote web design upgrades, add-ons, and premium service packages.
• Achieve monthly upsell targets of $4,000 to $5,000.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
