Upsells Executive (SMM)

Design Henge is looking for a Upseller (SMM)

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement upselling strategies to maximize revenue from existing clients. Acquiring business through different META channels.
• Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.
• Gather client requirements, communicate the requirements with the team, and deliver the project to the client on time.
• Maintain high ratings on all platforms.
• Maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
• Manage sales pipeline.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets through proactive sales efforts.
• Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages.
• Up-selling ability.
• Guaranteed sales generation in Design, and website development & Digital Marketing.
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualification & Experience requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or any relevant degree.
• Candidates must have knowledge and experience of online Platforms, e.g. all social media platforms, and have successful sales records.
• Must possess a proven track record and prior experience in cold-calling
• Strong persuasive skills.
• Must possess excellent English communication skills, preferably with a British and US Accent

• Location: Johar block - 4, KHI

• Shift: Night (09:00 pm to 06:00 am)

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
