We're looking for passionate Female Sales Executives to join our growing team and help businesses discover our digital services.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through calls and follow-ups.
• Promote Graphicblok's digital marketing and creative services.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Minimum Intermediate (Bachelor's preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales experience is preferred but fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Salary Structure :
Basic Salary Procedure

To qualify for the monthly salary package:

• Minimum 5 confirmed sales are required.
• After completing 5 sales, or a Sale of 400,000 depends which higher of, so you will receive:
• Basic Salary: PKR 25,000
• Punctuality & Performance Allowance: PKR 5,000
• Once you qualify for the basic salary, you will also earn an additional PKR 1,000 commission for every sale beyond the first 5 sales.

Commission-Based Procedure

If you choose to work on a commission-only model:

• Earn 5% - 7% for every confirmed sale.
• Unlimited earning potential based on your performance.
